Our Partnership

Over the years, Optrix has had the privilege of partnering with Meta to produce engaging and educating animated video content for Instagram and Facebook.

This collaboration has allowed us to bring Meta’s groundbreaking ideas and initiatives to life through visually stunning and strategically crafted animations. From creating explainer videos that simplify to developing dynamic content for product launches and internal communications, we have worked hand-in-hand with Meta to ensure their vision is communicated effectively.

Shopify App Explainer

Meta commissioned an animated explainer for their Shopify App to boost downloads by blending information and engagement.

The script had to be concise yet casual, covering key features while incorporating Instagram and Facebook branding. After finalizing the script and creative, we refined designs through multiple rounds to develop the final storyboard.

The animation phase brought these designs to life, followed by voiceover, sound effects, and a polished audio mix for a cohesive final product.

Meta Gather

Meta Gather is an online event series organised by Meta to bring together small and medium-sized business owners.
Our team delivered a range of dynamic, engaging, and meticulously edited content created the virtual experience.

From capturing the essence of the event to delivering crisp visuals and seamless transitions, we ensured every piece of content resonated with Meta’s innovative vision and the audience’s expectations.

Facebook Hacker Cup

We completed an engaging animated summary and promotional video for the Facebook Hacker Cup.

Showcasing the excitement and energy of this global coding competition. The video brings the event to life with sleek visuals, dynamic transitions, and fast-paced music, capturing key moments from the competition and highlighting the prizes, challenge structure, and the achievements of past winners.

Designed to inspire and excite developers and tech enthusiasts, the animation has been a hit, driving increased participation and building anticipation for future Hacker Cups.

Our Partnership

Children with Cancer UK is a leading charity in the UK dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families, and improving the treatment and care of children with cancer.

Its mission is to ensure every child diagnosed with cancer has the best chance of survival and quality of life.

We have partnered with Children with Cancer UK for over 10 years and have worked across internal, web, social and broadcast content during that time.

Real Stories

A series of 12 films in 2024. Each episode features a raw interview with someone affected by childhood cancer - these films are about providing support to others in a similar situation and raising awareness. Each episode was filmed over one day with a crew of two. The below video was the final one, a summary of the series.

Brand Awareness

A series of three brand awareness videos, made for CwCUK’s social channels. Each one was based on one of their three pillars, Research, Supporting Families and Fundraising. We wrote the scripts, selected the footage and used their brand assets to create these short videos.

The Choir Teaser

The CwCUK choir performs at the annual gala ball, in front of hundreds of guests. It’s a special occasion and our teaser plays before they come on stage, to get everyone’s attention and build the emotion. We had 2 hours to film this rehearsal and capture the interviews - we had a crew of four, a director and three camera operators.
