EAES Event Content

The European Association for Endoscopic Surgery’s request was to create social content at their biannual event, to raise awareness of the association.

In partnership with Revolve Labs, Optrix sent a crew of three to produce event content for the EAES social channels. We had a director / camera operator, second camera op and an editor.

Our crew produced fast turnaround, short form content onsite. Videos featured interviews, event highlights, key sponsors and medical trends.

At the 2024 Maastricht event, we produced 18 pieces of content onsite over 3 days, posted across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The videos were shot and edited immediately onsite giving the EAES's social channels regular up to-date content.

Our Partnership

Children with Cancer UK is a leading charity in the UK dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families, and improving the treatment and care of children with cancer.

Its mission is to ensure every child diagnosed with cancer has the best chance of survival and quality of life.

We have partnered with Children with Cancer UK for over 10 years and have worked across internal, web, social and broadcast content during that time.

Real Stories

A series of 12 films in 2024. Each episode features a raw interview with someone affected by childhood cancer - these films are about providing support to others in a similar situation and raising awareness. Each episode was filmed over one day with a crew of two. The below video was the final one, a summary of the series.

Brand Awareness

A series of three brand awareness videos, made for CwCUK’s social channels. Each one was based on one of their three pillars, Research, Supporting Families and Fundraising. We wrote the scripts, selected the footage and used their brand assets to create these short videos.

The Choir Teaser

The CwCUK choir performs at the annual gala ball, in front of hundreds of guests. It’s a special occasion and our teaser plays before they come on stage, to get everyone’s attention and build the emotion. We had 2 hours to film this rehearsal and capture the interviews - we had a crew of four, a director and three camera operators.
